It was January 2020 and the idea to create a foundation had been somthing that Sandra LaRose had been thinking about since her daughter Kailynn passed away in 2018. The plan was to continue all of the good things that Kailynn would have been able to do in her life. So Sandra reached out to 9 other women to ask them to join her in this mission.
In February 2020, it became official, Sharing Kailynn’s Sunshine Foundation was born and the 10 of us were ready to go. So we planned our first meeting, and then COVID hit.
